American Humane has worked to protect animals since 1877, providing a voice for the nation's most vulnerable.
All efforts of our Animal Protection Division are focused on preventing cruelty, neglect and exploitation of animals and assuring that their interests and well-being are fully, effectively and humanely guaranteed by an aware and caring society.
