The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare (2024)
In 1940, Winston Churchill and Ian Fleming form a clandestine combat organization for Britain’s military that changes the course of World War II and prefigures the modern black ops unit through its unconventional and entirely ‘ungentlemanly’ fighting techniques against the Nazis.
Animal actors in this production were monitored through American Humane Society’s No Animals Were Harmed™ program.

Detailed Animal Action Report
In the scene where the actors walk through the harbor, there was a marketplace in the background. The street was set in a circle with a center divider. In the background you can see a couple dogs, donkeys, horses and camels. The animals were brought to the set by wranglers. Animal handlers were in close proximity at all times. The handlers were in costume and close to the animals, while the horses were hooked to carts to prevent stress. The donkeys were tied to metal posts. The chickens were kept away from smoke effects. The animals were not in the path of the moving vehicles. The drivers were instructed to give the animals space and to stop if they saw signs of stress.
In another scene the actors walk along a cove, the set was a row of shaggy huts built along a beach. A dirt road ran along the line of huts. A car arrives and the actor get out of the car and talks to other actors. There are extras all around. The donkeys and dogs were in the background with the extras. The animals were brought to set by wranglers and kept at a safe distance from passing cars the entire time.
