St. Vincent
Detailed Animal Action Report
In the scene where the cat jumps off the couch and walks towards the kitchen, the trainer was off camera and lured the cat off the couch with food.
In the scene where the cat sits on the counter and eats from his bowl, the trainer brought the cat to the set before filming and familiarized him with end mark where actress will place bowl. Between takes, trainers hold cat to make sure he doesn’t run away.
Due to limited resources, American Humane Association did not monitor some of the cat action or any of the horse action.
