In this drama, Daniel Ponder marries a woman the family doesn’t like. He is very generous and lets his new bride spend money any way she chooses. The family wants to put a stop to that immediately.

The film takes place in the 1930’s when the main mode of transportation was horses. In a few scenes a horse with a rider or a horse drawn carriage are seen in the background. Two trainers placed the horses on their marks and stood just off camera as the scenes were being filmed.
