Pay It Forward (2000)
In this drama, Kevin Spacey plays a seventh grade social studies teacher. As an extra credit project in his class, he asks his students to think of an idea that would change the world, and then put it into action. One of his students, Trevor, does just that.
Animal actors in this production were monitored through American Humane Society’s No Animals Were Harmed® program.

Detailed Animal Action Report
In the beginning of the film there is a scene where a man, holding a Great Dane on a leash, walks in the rain and talks to another man and then walks away. The trainer gave the actor the dog’s leash and the dog walked with the actor about twenty five feet where they stopped and talked to the other actor. After the conversation, the dog and actor turned and walked back to the trainer, who was waiting off camera. The rain was computer generated in post production.
