Me, Earl and the Dying Girl
Detailed Animal Action Report
In the scene where the dog jumps out of the open window and chases the young boy down the street, trainers were off camera. One trainer was located close to the window and the other trainer was located down the street. Prior to filming AHA Rep and the trainer cleared the area of debris. On action the trainer at point B called the dog and he ran over to him.
In the scene where the dog sits on the sedan the actor was prepped on how to hold the dog on the leash prior to filming. Trainers were off camera cuing the dog to stay in place. This was also the case in the scene where the same boy is sitting with his dog on leash on his porch.
Due to late notification, American Humane Association did not monitor any of the cat action.
