Loved (1997)
Loved is about Hedda, a young woman who comes home for the holidays and receives a subpoena to testify in court against her ex-boyfriend. All of the women, including Hedda, that have been involved with this man have tried to kill themselves. The prosecution is attempting to prove that the boyfriend has so much power over these women that if they have to face life without him, they would rather kill themselves.
Animal actors in this production were monitored through American Humane Society’s No Animals Were Harmed™ program.

Detailed Animal Action Report
A family dog is seen in a few scenes riding in a vehicle or walking A to B with the actor. When the dog is seen in the vehicle at the airport, the trainer placed the dog on the seat next to the actor and cued him to stay. Then the trainer, out of camera range, rode in the vehicle with the dog. Other animal action consists of scenes involving two other dogs. The one dog, a spaniel, is seen on Hedda’s bed and in the backyard and the other dog is seen being walked on a leash. There is also an aquarium seen in the background at the home of the prosecuting attorney.
