Letter to My Killer (1995)
A letter is found by a demolition worker that reveals a cover up and a murder that is over 30 years old. The victim is the author of the letter that also contains evidence that leads to the killers. The demolition worker and his wife complicate things when they decide to blackmail the killers, who are wealthy and upstanding citizens of the community, of course.
Animal actors in this production were monitored through American Humane Society’s No Animals Were Harmed® program.

Detailed Animal Action Report
A black German Shephard on a leash lunges toward an actor. The dog was tied to a pole with 10 feet of movement available. One trainer, off camera, cues a second trainer to release the dog. Verbal and hand signals were used to cue the dog to stay next to the actor. One of the trainers hits a whip on a protective arm sleeve creating a noise. This gets the dog to growl and bark. There was no contact made with the dog. In another scene, a dead deer is shown in the back of a pickup truck. A taxidermic deer was used.
