Detailed Animal Action Report

In the scene where the woman approaches the dog in his bed the trainer placed the dog in the bed with some toys. The dog and the actress were acquainted with each other prior to filming the scene. The trainer stood off camera and cued the dog to stay still during the scene.

In the scene where we see cockroaches and maggots writhing on the blood-stained floor, the trainer sprayed the area with non-toxic fake blood. The trainer placed multiple dead flies in the area, then placed live maggots around the stain and lastly she placed the roaches on the floor. After filming the scene, the wrangler gathered the bugs.
