Haunted House 2, A
Detailed Animal Action Report
In the scene where two actors chase a rooster around a kitchen and subsequently kill it, the scene was shot in pieces. Trainers placed the rooster in a cage and allowed it to sit there while actors lifted the cage onto the countertop and performed dialogue. In the next piece the rooster was released from the cage. The rooster was then slowly chased around the kitchen by actors. Then the rooster was allowed to chase the men in return, by being shown the actor’s leg and allowed to attack it, then allowed to follow the running actor. The killing part was done with a fake bird.
