Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024)
The Spengler family returns to where it all started – the iconic New York City firehouse – to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who’ve developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level. But when the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age.
Animal actors in this production were monitored through American Humane Society’s No Animals Were Harmed™ program.

Detailed Animal Action Report
In the opening sequence where we see an old fashioned horse-drawn wagon gallop out of a firehouse, prior to shooting horses were unloaded, safely tied to the transportation lorries and provided with hay and water. They were groomed and tacked up. Action was discussed between production and the horse master and fire wagon driver. On action, the horse master drove the fire wagon horses. Actors boarded firewagon. After shooting, the horses were brought back to holding area.
In the scene when the same horse-drawn wagon pulls up to building, the horses were prepped like the scene prior.
