Divine Access (2015)
Jack Harriman becomes a spiritual celebrity after debunking Reverend Guy Roy on a public-access TV show. While on the road speaking his brand of truth, forces natural and supernatural lead him to question whether he has a deeper calling.
Animal actors in this production were monitored through American Humane Society’s No Animals Were Harmed® program.

Detailed Animal Action Report
In the scene where a stray dog grabs a man’s puppet and tries to pull it away from him, the trainer stood off-camera behind the actor. On action the actor walked slowly on the sidewalk. When he hit a certain mark, the trainer commanded the dog to “come” and the dog walked behind the actor. When the actor stopped and looked behind him, the trainer commanded “stay.” Upon the 3rd “stop”, the actor spoke to the dog and placed the doll on the ground. At this point the trainer directed the dog to “get it”. The dog grabbed the dummy as the actor tried to pull the dummy away from the dog as a sort of “tug of war” behavior. On cut, the trainer called the dog to “come”. The dog was rewarded with treats between takes.
