Detailed Animal Action Report

In the scene where the actor walks down the street in the evening and a dog barks and jumps on the fence, the trainer brought the dog to the set on a leash and positioned her on her mark about ten feet from the fence. On action, the dog was released by the trainer who was out of frame and ran to the fence. The dog jumped up and began barking and growling. The trainer used hand cues and a toy to initiate and perpetuate the aggressive behavior at the fence. Following filming, the dog was leashed and removed from the set.

The dead deer was fake. Production provided us with the receipt.
