Blonde (2022)
From her volatile childhood as Norma Jeane, through her rise to stardom and romantic entanglements, this reimagined fictional portrait of Hollywood legend Marilyn Monroe blurs the lines of fact and fiction to explore the widening split between her public and private selves.
Animal actors in this production were monitored through American Humane Society’s No Animals Were Harmed™ program.

Detailed Animal Action Report
In the scene where a man walks to the pool and talks to the actress where her dog sits next to her, the dog’s handler stood off to the side holding the dog in her arms. As cameras rolled she placed the the dog next to actress on the ground. The actress picked the dog up at one point and kissed him and then she put the dog back down.
Due to limited resources, American Humane did not monitor some of the dog action.
