Help Bring Military Working Dog Angel Home
For years, Military Working Dog Angel served with unwavering dedication—protecting troops as an off-leash explosive detection dog for the Marine Corps and Air Force. She trained for deployment, traveled across the Pacific, and stood ready to defend those around her. But after years of service and a diagnosis of hearing loss and thyroid cancer, Angel was retired.
Now, after three long years apart, Angel finally has the chance to reunite with her first handler, Sgt. Justin—the Marine who trained her, leaned on her through the toughest times and never stopped loving her.
This K9 Veterans Day, help bring Angel home to the person who meant everything to her.

From the Pacific to a Forever Home
Angel’s journey began in the DoD military working dog program, where she was trained as an elite off-leash explosive detection dog. She served both the Marine Corps and Air Force, spending years stationed overseas in Japan and South Korea. Her job was to detect threats, ensuring the safety of service members and civilians alike.
When Justin became her handler in the Marine Corps, Angel wasn’t an easy partner—she was independent, stubborn and challenging to train. But over time, they built an unbreakable bond. Through every training exercise, every long day and every difficult moment, Angel was there.
When Justin left the Marines, Angel remained in service. Now, after three years apart, it’s finally time for Angel to come home—for good.
With your generous donation, you can help reunite Angel with the handler who shaped her, loved her and relied on her through life’s hardest moments. Justin is ready to give Angel the retirement she deserves—one filled with belly rubs, a soft bed, and the freedom to just be a dog.
Your support today will not only bring Angel home but will also help reunite more military working dogs with the handlers who love them.
This K9 Veterans Day, honor Angel’s service and help bring her home.
