American Humane Presents the 2009 Pets & Pals Photo Contest™ Winners

This year, we received so many beautiful, inspiring and adorable photos of pets, people with pets and farm animals, it was a very tough choice for our judges, but the winners have been chosen!

The Grand Prize goes to Mark Rogers of San Francisco, Calif., and the Grand Prize in the Shelter Life category goes to Linda Wilsey of Pacific Grove, Calif. Each will receive $1,000.

In addition to the grand prize recipients, winners were chosen in each of four categories: Pets, People & Pets, Down on the Farm and Shelter Life. They will each receive $500.

Our 2009 Celebrity Judges

	Skyler Samuels Skyler Samuels is best known for her roles in the Disney Channel's Wizards of Waverly Place, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, That’s So Raven and Drake and Josh. She is currently filming the family comedy Furry Vengeance, with Brendan Fraser, Brooke Shields and Dick Van Dyke. This October, she can also be seen in the thriller The Stepfather, with Sela Ward and Christopher Meloni.
	Tyler James Williams Tyler stars as Chris on the CW’s comedy Everybody Hates Chris, for which role he won the 2007 NAACP Image Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series. He also appeared in the film Unaccompanied Minors, was a regular on Sesame Street and starred in Bill Cosby's animated series Little Bill, in which he voiced the character of Bobby.
