Requires processing applications, conducting orientations, arranging education opportunities for volunteers, conducting meetings, and seeking ways to improve the program. Requires ensuring that HSHA policies are consistently followed by volunteers.  Coordinator also oversees foster program. Organization, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task a must.
