Customer Service for the Animal Welfare Professional
Animal welfare staff and volunteers are often at the front lines, addressing crisis situations both in person and on the phone. Fostering open communications with the public is critical to good customer and public relations. This intense training outlines best practices for communications and customer care, giving attendees the critical skills to foster good customer and public relations, no matter how irate a client.
Come learn what good customer service is and how to implement it at your agency. Learn to recognize the challenges of diversity in the workplace, and develop skills and awareness to successfully manage difficult customer service issues as well as clients’ bereavement issues surrounding loss.
If you work at all with the public, you’ll want to take this class!
