The following is a non-exclusive list of actions and content that are not permitted within the discussion list:
By accessing, using, or otherwise communicating in any manner with any third parties through the discussion list, user agrees, represents, and warrants that user will not access or otherwise use this discussion list in any unlawful or impermissible manner, for any unlawful or impermissible purpose or in violation of these Rules of Conduct. By posting material, the posting party warrants and represents that it owns the copyright with respect to such material or has received permission from the copyright owner to post such material. In addition, the posting party grants American Humane Association, Lyris Technologies, Inc. D. Engage in spamming (unsolicited or off-topic email), flooding or other mass distribution of any files, programs, communications, or any other information;
E. Upload or otherwise Communicate any software, programs or other content or information which contains any corrupted files and/or any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or any other similar material which may damage, disrupt, interrupt or otherwise harm the forum, this website or any content appearing thereon, or any other computer or system having access to the forum, this website, or any content appearing thereon; or
F. Upload or otherwise Communicate any software, programs or other content or information protected by any intellectual property laws (unless user owns or controls the rights thereto and obtains all necessary consents).
User shall indemnify and hold harmless American Humane Association, American Humane Association's ICP, and any of its underlying service providers, information providers, licensors, employees, distributors, or agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or relating to user's access and/or use of or interaction with this website or any content appearing thereon (including without limitation the discussion list), or any act, error, or omission of user in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, matters relating to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information; libel; invasion of privacy; infringement of a copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property; or violation of any applicable law.
