American Humane Elects Three New Members to Board of Directors
Denver (February 26, 2008)
The American Humane Association announced today that Roque R. Gerald of Washington D.C., Michael Steinig of Washington, D.C., and Carla Marie Zilka of New York, New York have been elected to its board of directors for three-year terms.
Gerald serves as the deputy director for the Office of Clinical Practice, Child and Family Services Agency in Washington, D.C.
After graduating from Harvard Law School, Steinig was an associate at the law firm Latham and Watkins before joining Bunk1.com. He now represents clients in business and strategic transactions for the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP.
Zilka is the owner and principal advisor at NexGen Advisors, a global corporate restructuring and business transformation firm
